For calendar add a 'CalendarEventUrl'

For calendar and especially for tournament, it could useful to add a CalendarEventUrl which could contain the web site URL to register. For example for our tournament we have now a web site to pre-register teams (https://www.volley-vcv.fr/tournoi-de-p%C3%A2ques)
