GS1-128 code scanning problem

I saw this problem already but you may be able to give me an update. I tried to scan such code in my webapp via laptop/phone camera but without any success. I am using code 128 reader for this. Was also trying to scan with different settings on https://serratus.github.io/quaggaJS/examples/ demo page but it is not recognizable. What can I do to be able to work with such codes?
