How to deal with the x-amzn-RateLimit-Limit?

Perhaps so much an issue as a help request, but, is there any recommended way of dealing with the rate limit? Or just keep pounding away until we get an error and then sleep?

Ok, I guess I was asking if there is or will be any mechanism inside of amz_sp_api to help with that. But for now I will roll my own!
