Tabs with information about Pull Requests cannot be pinned

Currently it is impossible to pin tabs from the atom/github package with information about Pull Requests. The cause is related to a bug reported earlier, see here.
The issue can be resolved - at least temporarily - by reverting parts of the changes in 3702f7a, specifically by removing :not([data-type=\"Object\"]). Which I'm in favor of doing as I prefer to be able to pin those tabs over accidentally pinning tabs not intended to be pinned.
