Call example without rtpdump file

How do I create a call in real time (using the microphone) instead of using the 
rtpdump files as in call example?

The "call" example doesn't provide real media engine. You need to integrate 
your media engine to make a real call using the Mic.
If you are on Linux, you can try Linphone media engine.
