Add winglets to the livery

It is very simple just add this line to the xml file:

<winglets type="bool">true</winglets>

And please update your PNG too, to adopt and draw the winglets.

It is better upload your XCF file too, some tiny update needed.

Thanks for reminding me to do this. I had added winglets to the XML but hadn't done the commit yet. I added them to the livery PNG file as well. Enjoy!
