Signature report gets stale information

when added a signer to a doc and then remove the signer
(via meta-data change), signature report still says previous
versions of this doc need to be signed, even though there is
only one version and it does not need to be signed.
(Is there an "not obsolete" check that needs to be added?)
This may interfere with deleting an account, after thinking
you have removed signatures items for an account.

Not sure if this will prevent you from deleting an account.

This is fixed, Closing issue.

• previous doc that specified and removed needing signature,
  no longer shows up in "previous version of doc needs to be signed" report.
• newly created doc where specified and removed needing signature
  does not show up in signature report under previous (or current) docs to be signed.
