I am kinda confused on how to run it.

I tried to do npm install but got errors and npm run build/watch hasn't worked. Everything pops up with errors. My npm install itself doesn't pass properly...

I should probably archive this repo, it is really old and outdated. It's not identical functionality but I would strongly recommend using https://github.com/ericyd/gdrive-copy instead, it has issues but at least works and has tooling for deploying the app.
