Cannot get to run

I tried to git clone the files, but cmd prompt didnt know what git clone meant. So I zipped the files, extracted them, and when I edited the config file and said yarn install, it didnt know what yarn means, and so i tried npm install and npm start and there was an error, So I am not sure what to do from here.
