Powerdns refuses to start after upgrade from v3.0.0 to v4.3

v3.0.0 has platform with too old libc and new powerdns binaries refuse to start with missing symbol versions.
If upgrade is performed per-partes, through intermediate v4.2 (including platform), everything works fine. But consequences of failed direct upgrade are too severe (broken DNS service)... so we should provide a workaround instead of upgrade notes in case somebody runs full upgrade without reading them.
Workaround is to provide a newer libc version only for the powerdns daemons using LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
