Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The 'cpu task details' section, what I often find is that warnings are triggered when a single pending task is logged. This is unhelpful, because 1 isn't a significant number.

Add a parameter with a default value of 10, that is evaluated when @warnings_only is set to 1
Describe alternatives you've considered
Continuing to sift through hundreds of rows of single-digit pending tasks looking for something interesting.
