As of 31 August 'Message Content' is now a privileged gateway intent and must be enabled manually in the discord developer dashboard, otherwise, your prefix commands will not work

Go to https://discord.com/developers/applications
Select your bot
Go to the Bot tab
Enable 'Message Content Intent' under 'Privileged Gateway Intents'

how to apply correctly?, my bot is always refused to apply message content intent it states that my bot doesn't
