Not all Duplicates Being Flagged as Identical

I'm not entirely sure where exactly the change occurred, but somewhere between v2.3.10 and v2.3.12 the duplicate file flagging seems to have broken.

To be clear, I'm referring to when the "Difference" value is "0.0" and bolded in green. I have a folder structure set up where numerous photos are hardlinks, so they're literally the same file, but, while some of them are still being flagged correctly, many of them are not showing the "0.0" in bold green.
