Firefox and Opera ignore max-width for images in message pane

It sees like the current CSS technique for shrinking images to fix the message pane is based on behaviour that's implemented differently across browsers.

This SO question seems to outline the problem well, and one of the answers proposes a solution that might help...?

@lostfictions, if I'm correct, I believe this was fixed in #598 by @xPaw, but it wasn't released.
To try this out, you need to either run Shout from the master branch or run The Lounge from the npm package (The Lounge is the community-managed fork of Shout) as this fix was shipped in v1.0.0.
