Couple of minor issues running

Just a couple things you might want to add to the readme so that anybody else trying to use this don't get errors.

First, change this line: hanzi=note['field name']
You called yours "hanzi" I use "simplified," so I got an error.

I also use a different field to sort my cards, so I had to change the sort field by clicking the radio button to sort by my simplified field in the same place I added permillion and frequency_html.

I've been trying to find a way to sort my notes by frequency so I can focus on words that matter. This has solved my problems!!! Thanks!!!
