Hardlink for already encrypted files when multi-targeting

When the hardlinks option is active, multiple platforms are being targeted and encryption is on:

  • cache path to encrypted file
  • hardlink to encrypted file in the next pass for another platform so we don't re-encrypt the same file multiple times
