[Add Bills Modal] After add single bill, the popup should close automatically

To-do:

  • Create click events for each button. “Single bull” should add bill and close the modal. Multiple Bills should keep modal open.
  • Triggers [Toast] component when new bill gets added
  • Add hot keys for each event: single/multiple bills
