I cannot run any sample code. What is required?

I've tried to run the sample code on Linux and Windows using python 3.10 but I could not.
I think there are some requirements that need to be installed first.
I installed them but the result is the same, sample codes do not run properly, they give errors.

I think there are some undocumented requirements, what are they?
Even though I followed each line of the book, sample codes do not run.
