Add special rewards functionality.

After completing a section (aka 1st 4 levels) or a bonus level the player gets a special reward.

(special rewards description coming soon)

Will need to add functionality for them, as well as icons and styling.

Working to get items display tooltips and description so the player is aware what does it do.
