Can haz multi-page version?

The one-page version is pretty huge and is capable of slowing down modern browsers considerably. It would be great to have a multi-page version, e.g. separate pages for each of the 16 chapters.
Thoughts?

Agreed. I just need to make time to write a script to split it up. I can probably repurpose the spec-splitter script from Philip Taylor that we use to split the HTML spec.
