Remove conjunctions from initial dataset

Issue

The problem

Currently still some 7 conjunctions from the get to, need to remove them. (probably docked spacecraft?)

Expected behavior

No initial conjunction

What needs to be done

Find entries and identify what they are (docked ISS stuff probably), remove them from pos, v.csv

How it can be tested or reproduced

Run simulation
