Optimize "tons" of markers if user doesn't want clustering

This may be a bit more complicated than I thought and honestly may not be worth the hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend using clustering instead. I will leave this issue open and if someone wants to tackle this they can, until I get more time to dig deeper.
