Polar Charts

Summary

Be able to create charts that are polar, i.e. use Polar coordinates (r, theta).

Actual Behavior

Only have Pie chart, which is the only example.

Expected Behavior

Be able to have other polar chart types, like bar, area, etc. that project around the circle.

Additional Details

Probably require another set of components, e.g. the category axis maps around theta, and the value axis maps radius.
