Emacs 24: Cannot open load file, inf-ruby

I haven't installed any other code; except for changing the color of the display, it's a plain install of emacs 24 from brew.

If you're installing from source (discouraged), then the instructions mandate that you also check out the git submodules. See http://rinari.rubyforge.org/Basic-Setup.html#Basic-Setup -- the tarball on github isn't sufficient, as github don't seem to include the submodules.

I would strongly recommend installing from Melpa (or Marmalade), though. Then everything just works. :-)
