for RINARI, I think HELM is better than ido-mode.

Nope, no plans for that, sorry. I personally prefer ido to helm, and ido will always be the default. It may be possible to integrate helm with rinari, but I have no experience of that -- I'd consider pull requests, though. In the meantime, you might be interested in the helm-rails package: https://github.com/asok/helm-rails

I use ido some years, but switch to helm recently...
it not bad use ido + helm together...
so you perhaps have a try...
