Support multiple site Globus Transfers with endpoint mapping

Two types of mapping:

  • endpoint in url mapped to new endpoint
  • data node value to endpoint UUID

Additionally, the download map needs to support multiple endpoints and don't assume sorted order. This will probably require some work to submit a transfer per endpoint.
