Vorbis playback skips in Firefox

Vorbis playback skips and pops randomly in Firefox, but not in Chrome. This is happening on multiple platforms. Firefox seems to require exact timings in the WEBM clusters / blocks whereas Chrome is much less restrictive. My guess is that there is something slightly off with the timestamps like a rounding error, or possibly the Vorbis frame size calculation needs to be offset +-1 sample in the WEBM result that is causing these minor skips and pops.
