Steps to reproduce the issue
Export an user.
Import the file with the option Import Contacts Yes.
Expected result
User successfully imported.
Actual result
Warning: Undefined variable $import_categories in /var/www/html/libraries/eshiol/J2xml/Table/Contact.php on line 234
