obsidian.vimrc not syncing on mobile and desktop

My vim key remappings are not working on iOS but are working on macOS. Both apps are signed in to the same vault.

correction: Just discovered that the <esc> remap also does not work on the desktop (macOS). All the other remaps do. None work on the mobile (iOS).
