New feature: AMI set Actions

What?

This is just a plan but VBO is simply not made for handling 100K ADOs. Since AMI sets are a reliable list of UUIDs having an extra tab that allows Core Drupal Actions and also VBO actions to run on them would be amazing.

An additional idea would be to also allow a "filter" option, so one could add (thinking loud here) a JSON Patch conditional? Similar to when we do patching, but just the conditional. That way e.g an action like "Publish" ADOs could be based on "type" == "photograph" etc.

@alliomeria would be nice if you could take some time by the end of the week/next week to think about use cases/needs for this feature.
