VoiceOver's rate is no longer changed by moving the app's slider

1.0(9), iOS version. If I change the rate slider the rate spoken by the VoiceOver's "copy" is not changed. I don't mind it that much as it is in a rate I like (the maximum), but I report it as it is a regression. Rebooted twice, closed and reopened the app too, no change.

I think @djphoenix already fixed that bug and will be available in the next update.

Yes, I am waiting for some merges to core library to make new version.

Should work in iOS 1.0(10) and macOS 1.0(5)
