I believe the MBROLA voices are now free of their original restraints, and it appears they can be added somehow to the original eSpeak-ng program. May we have an installer for Mac OS X/iOS to implement these additional voices?

MBROLA is not espeak.

Mbrola voices integration requires separate executable binary that can't be launched in iOS. Unfortunately it can't be linked as library for now, so it is not possible to bring it for iOS.
