2 variants of voices are displayed in Russian language VO settings

2 variants of same voices are displayed for Russian language in VoiceOver settings.
One variant is Russian and another is Russian with some changes like numbers or something else as far as I can tell.
Is it possible to fix that or it's Apple's limitation that only one Russian language setting is possible and 2 variants of same voices but with different modifications will be present?
i think it's classic variant witch was added in espeak-ng/espeak-ng@1bb3109
currently Russian in espeak-ng has at least 3 variants: generic, classic and Latvian
Actually, this second variant sounds like Russian Latvia voice is.
Actually I have found that second is trk/kk espeak language that mapped to kk iOS locale. I have no idea why Apple display it as Russian...
