Add support for antivirus exclusions: Comodo

Comodo antivirus slows down ESP-IDF build.
The first build of blink example is about 500 seconds on 4 cores.
Subsequent builds are about 130 seconds.
The same build with Windows Defender + Exclusions is about 40 seconds.
