Twitter-Avatar-Import only once

everytime, a tweet is imported, there is also another import of the twitter-avatar-image to the media-library. what is the intention, doing this? for me, this floods my media-library with always the same image (of myself ;-)).

not intentional. every item that is imported is being checked for an og:image property. if it’s present, it is imported. when i implemented that a while ago, this imported only real images that were attached to a tweet. it seems, that twitter changed this and puts the avatars into a og:image property. this changed one or two month ago and yes, it needs to be fixed.
