Hi,
I followed all steps and this is what I got in the end.

 * [new tag]         v0.4.7               -> v0.4.7
 * [new tag]         v0.4.8               -> v0.4.8
 * [new tag]         v0.4.9               -> v0.4.9
fatal: manifest url (-u) is required.

You'll need to provide the address of the manifest file you'll be using.
You can write a manifest.xml file and give the path to this file in -u. The structure of the manifest file is described here,
