add support for rancher secrets to the metcat member

Rancher puts secrets in files. The metacat image needs to be enhanced to accept either ADMINPASS or ADMINPASS_FILE as an enviroment variable. If ADMINPASS_FILE is specified the password will be accessed from the file.
