esy build fails on Linux

Hi,

I have witnessed an issue while trying to run the esy command after correctly setting up the app as per the README.md

The issue is due to the fact that m4 wasn't installed on my machine.

I feel the README.md should have this stated. I can raise a PR to update the file.
