In the context of Etalab helping the 10% projects to become more collaborative, here are some suggestions:

  • Add a licence
  • Add installation instructions to the README.md
  • Complete the README.md with directions on how/why to contribute.
  • Add a CONTRIBUTING section in the README.md (or a CONTRIBUTING.md file.)
  • Add tags to the GitHub page
