ETF Improvement Proposal (EIP)
Background and Motivation:
As done in EIP #96 , it is of interest to integrate the change performed in deegree to validate clockwise and anti-clockwise ring orientations.
Proposed change
The approach would be in principle to establish the usage of exteriorRingOrientation and interiorRingOrientation methods in the analogous class in v2 for GMLValidationEventHandler
