[bug] callout manager command display wrong styles of listed callouts

Bug reproduce

  1. Trigger command Callout Manager: Edit callouts
  2. The display error will showup as following image:

RECOMMENDATIONS:
	Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.
