Color picker adds '#' to beginning of hex field

In the settings, click on one of the color preferences to open the color picker, then click the "custom" button to open the detailed color picker. I think this is probably an issue with that library, but it needs more looking in to

no longer relevant, kotlin rebuild uses a different color picker library
