Everything is in the title :-) Actual version in the downloads section is still 1.6.3.

@muxator: this issue is fixed, but you linked the Linux version to http://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/zipball/master, which is different than the tag 1.6.5.

That's a really bug in the website's code and in bin/createRelease.sh: it always links http://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/zipball/master
I guess every past version linked to zipball/master: see for example https://github.com/ether/ether.github.com/blob/release_1.5.7/index.html#L102
