Summary

• Issue-6510: General consensus is to move ahead with this change. The proposal will allow optional information of adding the email addresses of authors in addition to the mandatory Github handles.
  • @SamWilsn will update EIPW, @Pandapip1 will update eth-bot and make the PR/changes
• Issue - 6509: @Pandapip1 will add the format to the issue, and could be discussed further.
• Issue-6479: Go ahead with the proposal, and make the PR the general consensus.
• Discuss policy to add a champion or co-author to an EIP: The group discussed the "adoptable" proposal by @Pandapip1. No decision was made in absence of @lightclients as he may want to add thoughts. Discuss this in the next meeting.
• Moving away from Jekyll: @Pandapip1 shared the alternate page https://eips.pandapip1.com/ He will make PR to proceed.
• PR-6483: @Pandapip1 wants it to be split into 2 PRs.
  • PandaPip will share the new website which kind of already solves the problem.
• Consider responding to EIP authors' feedback
  • I mistakenly mentioned the wrong category of EIP-4736: CLWP on the call. It is the Interface category. Networking EIPs are EIP-4938 & EIP-5793
• Adding CL dev as EIP Editor & new ERC Editor: Joined by 2 new editors
• EIPIP meeting new time will be 14:00 UTC
• PR-6269: Sam isn't in favor, Panda is. We will collect more comments in PR to take a decision.
• Issue - 5682: No consensus
• PR - 6330: No name change to `Final. Discuss it with the author on the PR.
• PR - 6314: Merged
• PR - 5457: Will be reviewed again.
