BrightId - no spinner in sponsorship step

  1. Click on "Get sponsored"
  2. Sign the transaction
  3. After the tx is completed, you will see the following:
    sponsorux

Behind the scenes, when the transaction was completed successfully, we start checking (polling) if the user got sponsored.

While we are waiting for the confirmation, we should display an spinner. The same way we are doing in the Connect step.
