switch ethereum-dasm for evmdasm

ethereum-dasm is quite heavy and I recently split it up into the core instruction (evmdasm) and the high level analysis part (ethereum-dasm). therefore get rid of ethereum-dasm in favor for evmdasm.
the only part using ethereum-dasm is codesmart.py. should be fairly easy to get rid of it.
