Following introduction for Creating a Multi-Signature Wallet in Mist, two things are unclear:

• Whether or not one should start by mining ether before going on to "You now should add approximately no less than 0.02 ETH".
• On Add Wallet Contract procedure, whether it be done on test-net or the main network [1].
