For those interested, here is the published report on EIP-3074 from Least Authority: https://leastauthority.com/static/publications/LeastAuthority_Ethereum_Foundation_EIP-3074_Final_Audit_Report.pdf
Fortunately they were able to come on last call to briefly discuss, so unless there are explicit questions on the audit, we probably don't need to discuss again until later when 3074 is up for inclusion.

Added @ricmoo and @lightclient's PRs to the eth1.0-specs repo to the agenda. Even if there isn't much to discuss, at least it will make everyone aware of them.
