Describe the bug / expected behavior

There's no "package release" section for the R28 release notes. It was just a plain changelog.

What are the steps to reproduce?

  1. Go to https://brightlayer-ui-dev.github.io/release-notes

Suggested fix

At least the following were completed during Q2:

  • Icons (there are multiple of them)
  • Angular components, themes, auth workflow, CLI templates
