The CertificationType General is missing in the CertificationType
This will cause issues when matching General CertificationType

dgc-certlogic-android/engine/src/main/java/dgca/verifier/app/engine/data/RuleCertificateType.kt

@pucherd The RuleCertificateType "General" is already implemented. There is only 3 types of CertificateType of real certificates it is not the same CertificateType in the Rule Schema
